cult declared bakery "il paniFico" in the swedish city Malmö.

The bread is baked only with flour from ecological cultivated corn.
The bread is kneaded by hand and with
love to be baked in stone oven. The result is an exeptional bread who is thin and
rich.
No preservesubstans, it is made on
seesalt and virgin olive oil whit less amounts yeast. "il paniFico" is the first
bakery i Sweden who has been awarded the coveted certificate for Slow food.
